The inks used vary between artist. You can look up brands and view ingredients. They also make have more info on allergic reaction. If you are considered about allergic reactions I can recommend contacting your doctor for test for allergic reactions.
I’m licensed through guilford county department of health to be apply to tattoo in a studio in Greensboro.
As far as price goes it could be anywhere from $150-$250 depending on placement and actual size.
