I do tattoos like this all the time.
Price with color will be around $200.
Ink manufacturers don’t share the ingredients for their formulas, so I can’t answer that question.
If a person has an adverse reaction, it’s usually to red and derivatives thereof.
I can perform a patch test but a dab of color to the unbroken outside of your skin is probably not indicative of what will happen once the ink is in broken skin.
I am permitted by the Mecklenburg County Health department. Would you like to come in for a consultation to see examples of my linework?
