I am interested in getting a single-line tattoo on my leg. Something like the cat here: https://img1.rapidleaks.com/2019/05/best-single-line-tattoos-1280×720.jpg
So my question is:
Do you guys specialize in these kind of tattoos?
And how much does it cost to get a tattoo like that?
Size – 3×3 inches
Is it possible to get colors in the tattoo, like in the example?
Happy to hear back from you guys,
I also have some other questions, so feel free to answer those:
1. What ingredients in the ink you’d use for the colors in the tattoo?
2. Does color ink causes an itchy rash? I have kinda sensitive skin.
3. Can you perform a patch test?
4. Are you a licensed tattoo artist?
5. In case you did some single-line tattoos, can you share some examples?

Single line tattoos like that are pretty simple so any of our artists would be able to do that for you. If you want the watercolor look with it, I would put you with Shane. You’re welcome to check out his IG @shane_varner and there will be plenty of tattoos showing his line work. He doesn’t post many water color ones just because his favorite thing to do is blackwork so I’ll attach a photo showing one of the watercolors that he’s done.
All of our artists are licensed with Forsyth County to tattoo.
Shane uses World Famous tattoo ink which is one of the best inks there is. They have worked really hard on their formula to be safe for everyone.
We have never had anyone have issues after color ink with their brand. People used to get bad reactions to red ink because reds used to contain copper but any reputable brand on the market now no longer uses that. World Famous is non toxic, never tested on animals, and vegan which is really important to us. If you book with Shane, you’re welcome to read the ingredients on each bottle of color that you choose but in general the inks contain water, glycerin, witch hazel, alcohol, and the pigment.
As far as price, a cat with watercolor at that size would take Shane about an hour and a half so the price would be $225.
We require a $50 non refundable deposit to book the appointment and that will go towards the cost of the tattoo.
If you feel you need to do a patch test, we can set that up after we book an appointment for you. Shane has a few spots left in January and is booking into February right now.
If you’re ready to book, give us a call at the shop to pay the deposit over the phone and secure a day/time that works for you. Let me know if you have other questions or if I missed any.
