Yes, we can do that for you. We have both been tattooing for over 30 years so we don’t really specialize in anything but everything 🙂
We charge $150 per hour and require deposits for appointments, if you have instagram (301tattoo) you can see a lot of our work.
As far as ingredients go there are alot of unpronounceable words lol but we have used the same ink brands for years and they are very safe and reputable.
I too have sensitive skin and it is great with my skin. Patch tests are not necessary usually, the color that would be most reactive is red. In the 33 years I have been doing this I have seen less than a dozen allergic reactions.
Black is carbon based as are you 🙂

We don’t have any one speciality, we specialize in tattooing all styles.
Ink is made up of natural pigments and distilled water. Ink does not cause a rash.
The only thing that will cause a rash on a tattoo is caring for it incorrectly. If you ever have a rash on your tattoo – stop using creams – completely! And just wash with soap and water.
We have a detailed after care plan for you, and will provide it to you upon completion of your tattoo.
I am a licensed tattoo artist. However, not all tattoo artists in the state of Maryland are licensed. A license is not required to tattoo in the state of Maryland.
Unfortunately, we do not do sensitivity or patch tests. Your dermatologist can help you with this prior to your appointment with us. We will not tattoo you if they deem your skin too sensitive, or if you are severely allergic.

This is something we can help you with however, doing it the size you wanted we would have to simplify the tattoo a bit. We are a well rounded “street shop” meaning we do don’t really specialize in one style tattoo. We do it all.
For something like the example you sent at the size mentioned you ( with the color) you would be around the $180 ballpark. Doing that watercolor style you would need to have the color redone sooner than other styles because we need to lighten the colors so much to get those fades and washed out tones.
All over our inks are vegetable based products and do not have have any metals or anything that effect sensitive skin. With that being said allergic reactions can happen but are extremely rare.
We can do a patch test if you would feel more comfortable, but we would have to test every color we would use in the tattoo in order for that to be effective. Our base price is $80 and would be charged in order to do the patch test. It would not be possible to do a patch test where the tattoo is to be placed without allowing for the appropriate healing time and many allergic reactions do not occur during the healing time so we would recommend a longer wait time between the patch test and the actual tattoo. Patch tests would still require the ink to be tattooed into the skin and therefore would be permanent.
Unfortunately the state of Maryland does not require or offer licenses for tattooing. We currently have 3 artist who each have a minimum of 9 years of tattooing experience. We are all certified in cpr and blood borne pathogens training.
