I am interested in getting a single-line tattoo on my leg. Something like the cat here: https://img1.rapidleaks.com/2019/05/best-single-line-tattoos-1280×720.jpg
So my question is:
Do you guys specialize in these kind of tattoos?
And how much does it cost to get a tattoo like that?
Size – 3×3 inches
Is it possible to get colors in the tattoo, like in the example?
Happy to hear back from you guys,
I also have some other questions, so feel free to answer those:
1. What ingredients in the ink you’d use for the colors in the tattoo?
2. Does color ink causes an itchy rash? I have kinda sensitive skin.
3. Can you perform a patch test?
4. Are you a licensed tattoo artist?
5. In case you did some single-line tattoos, can you share some examples?

Hi Drew, thank you for messaging. Depending in the artist, the price could vary. I’m Auto, and I would change about $200 for just linework that size. Color like in the picture would make it more, probably about $300. The color can be done.
1. I don’t have the ingredient lists for the inks we use, but I can give you the brands and I’m sure they wouldn’t have an issue with sending you and ingredient list for each color, if you want to contact them. I’ve seen some brands have the ingredients listed on their websites.
2. It is possible to have allergic reactions and itching to inks, although most people don’t have any issues, outside of the normal healing process. We have waivers that release us from liability with any adverse reactions. It is impossible to tell who would have these reactions. There are warning labels on the inks themselves saying it could be harmful to your health and they assume no responsibility for any reactions.
3. I’m not sure about the results of patch testing. We could put a drop of each color on your skin and see if it forms any rashes, but I don’t know if that would give you the same results as if it was tattooed into your skin. And if you tattooed a patch test on your skin, it would be permanent.
4. The facility, as well as each artist in the facility, has their own licenses up to date.
All body art licenses expire at the end of each year and have to be reapplied for at the beginning of each year. Louisiana Health Dept is slow and takes 3-4 months to get our new licenses to us after we send our applications in. So if you come in right after the new year, we probably wont have the updated licenses yet, but they can be verified through the health dept using the permit number on each license.
