Hi, this is Savannah with InkT. The tattoo you sent would be around $100-$125. He could also add the color as well. As far as specializing in this style, Zach works with a broad range of tattooing. He does everything from delicate lines to American traditional. Most of his work is on his Instagram page @_ink_t if you’d like to take a look.
All of Zach’s ink is the Eternal Ink brand. The ingredients are listed on their website.
Color ink should cause no differing reaction from black ink unless you have a specific allergy to an ingredient used in that specific ink. All tattoos will itch some as part of the healing process, however, a rash would only form in the case of an allergic reaction. He could do a spot test on you if you’d like, but we would have to charge for the supplies used.

This is Josh. I am a watercolor tattoo artist here at Symbolic Ink.
In the state of Alabama you must be licensed to perform these types of services, so yes, I am licensed and more than happy to show you that.
Pricing is discussed in person not via social media, text, or email.
With ink, you will not know how it reacts to you until it is IN your skin. You may have no reactions to it sitting on your skin but you may whenever it is put in with the needle. Therefore, there is not really a patch test to do for a tattoo. Majority of the time people with ink reactions will have it due to the metals in the red inks.
The ingredients in ink vary but you can search up the common ingredients in the Fusion Ink and Eternal Inks.
